Shipping

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving a valid prescription approval.

• Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after processing.

• Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $150.

• We currently ship only to eligible U.S. states where telemedicine services are permitted.

Returns:

• Due to federal regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications.

• If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
